– Game length =

* If any of the matches are tied at full time, then 2 x 10 overtime
periods. No Golden Goal or ‘sudden death’.
* If tied at the end of regulation and overtime, then on to FIFA-regulated
penalty-kicks. (5 alternating penalty kicks)
– 1hr, 45 minutes in between games 1 and 2, as well as between games
2 and 3, should provide for enough warm-up time on the actual field for
the teams playing after each game.
– A 3.15 kick-off for the Final means that even if the game goes to
overtime and penalty-kicks, we should just be able to be off the field by
5 pm.

Rankings:
* based on:
– any matches taking place this season between Island “A” Boys teams,
– last year’s results 2013
– Island A Boys results from the last 4 or 5 seasons
– If NISS and PHSS are (a) slated to play again before the Islands and
(b) they have agreed that, if tied, the game will be settled in overtime
and/or penalties, then we can hold off on ranking the teams.
– If those two aren’t playing again, then this year’s rankings will have to
be based on last year’s rankings (given that nobody, thus far this year,
has won a head-to-head).
